Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Idaho is seeking an individual with a desire to learn, grow, and provide leadership to make a difference in the Idaho Insurance Industry.  The Business Analyst collaborates with the Business Users, Developers, Testers and other Analysts to gather and document requirements for our enterprise systems, e.g. Billing, Policy, and Claims Systems.  At times, the Business Analyst may also take on a ScrumMaster role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

  • Hold regular meetings with users, developers, and quality assurance

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems


Preferred Skills:


  • Knowledge of Insurance Industry

  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Experience working in Agile Project Management environment
