- Auto Glass repair or replacement. If your vehicle has COMPREHENSIVE coverage, you can make an appointment with the shop of your choice to repair or replace your windshield - with one easy call!
- Roadside Assistance. A local service provider will be dispatched to your disabled vehicle for lockout, flat tire, on-site mechanical repair (labor only), battery jump, tow, winch out and gasoline. Participating service providers bill Western Community direct. We will pay up to the first $100 for this service on insured vehicles.
- After Hours Loss Reporting. You can report claims to us during non-business hours with this selection. We suggest you call your agent during business hours.

In the event of an auto accident, do the following:

- Immediately notify the police. While at the accident scene, only discuss the accident with the investigating officer.
- Write down the names, addresses and telephone numbers of persons involved and witnesses.
- During business hours, please call your agent to report the accident. All other times call 1-888-432-4527 (toll free).
